Members: 5 members, appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council – 2 Board of Zoning Appeals representatives, 1 Planning Commission representative, 1 City Council member, and 1 citizen member.
Purpose: as a result of issues that may arise from the new zoning code adopted 5/4/09, this Board provides an expedited process for property owners to change their zoning classification without going through the standard district change procedure.
Duration: The Board of Revision shall terminate September 1, 2014. unless otherwise extended in operation by City Council.
Dates: 4th Thursday of each month, contingent upon agenda item submittal
Time: Meetings start at 5:00 p.m.
